About this wine
Despite a damp summer, temperatures were high enough to fully ripen our Pinot Noir grapes (used for our sparkling rosé). This is testament to the dedication of our vineyard team and the quality of our terroir. With skilled winemaking, the result is a reflection of the vineyard and the vintage. A wine of real depth of flavour balanced by a refreshing acid line. Serve chilled - 6 to 7 degrees optimal.
The Pinot Noir grapes were sourced exclusively from Hollands’ vineyard in the Crouch Valley. Fruit was handpicked in October 2023 and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures. The wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle in March 2024 and was aged on lees before being disgorged in February 2025.
