Shipping policy

For local customers within the CM3 postcode we personally deliver all orders free of charge, no matter how big or small - select the "Local delivery (CM3 postcodes only)" option at check out.

For customers outside the CM3 postcode, we offer free express delivery for all orders of 6 bottles or more, provided by our courier service. A standard delivery charge of £9.99 is charged for all other deliveries.

Please ensure that you select the correct delivery option at checkout to ensure that we can successfull fulfill your order.

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands).  For other destinations please get in touch with us at info@hollands.com.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt on the basis that the order was placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs (excluding public holidays). 

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.

Breakages

We have a no written policy towards breakages occurred during delivery. However, we will happily replace any broken bottles or refund you the cost of the damaged bottle.

Please check your order upon delivery and let us know within 24 hours by email or telephone of any breakages.
