About this wine
The 2023 growing season brought our Pinot Noir grapes to ideal ripeness for crafting an elegant limited, edition sparkling rosé. Made exclusively from fruit grown at Hollands’ vineyard in the Crouch Valley, the wine reflects both the dedication of our vineyard team and the character of the exceptional terroir.
Handpicked in October 2023, the grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity. After secondary fermentation in bottle in March 2024, the wine spent nearly a year aging on it’s lees, adding texture and complexity before disgorgement in February 2025.
The result is a wine of real depth and vibrancy, with bright red fruit and a refreshing acid line.
